RESET is a 3-day immersive retreat on the Victoria Coast for mid-career leaders and professionals who are ready to step away from the noise, reconnect with themselves, and get clear on what’s next.

RESET is a 3-day immersive retreat that gives you the space to step out of your life, slow everything down, and reconnect with yourself. This isn’t about more information, this is about creating the conditions for clarity and change to happen.

The retreat is focused on 3 key principles:

1. Separation from your everyday environment
Remove the noise, distractions, and constant input. Be immersed in nature and a community of like-minded people that are also navigating the same challenges.

2. The opportunity to reconnect with yourself
Through activities such as hiking, breathwork, movement, group connection and individual reflection, the retreat will help you reconnect back to yourself.

3. Guided reflection and facilitation
We’ll have fun but we won’t just be sitting around either - the retreat will involve guided reflection and facilitation so you can make sense of what’s really going on for you.

    FOUNDER & CEO

    I’ve always been driven by one question - how do we live and lead with purpose?

    That question has taken me from boardrooms to mountain peaks. As a trained Psychologist, I began my career at PwC before becoming Head of Programs at The Man Cave, helping young men develop emotional intelligence. But after years of chasing success, I hit burnout - and it changed the direction of my life.

    Today, through Another Way, I help people from all walks of life, but especially corporate, find clarity, purpose, and courage to create lives that truly feel like their own. My work blends psychology, somatic leadership, and nature-based wisdom to help people reconnect with what really matters.

    Outside of work, you’ll usually find me hiking a mountain, around a campfire, or exploring a new coastline with my partner, Francesca.

  • Peter Wroblewski

    ADVENTURE CLUB LEAD

    We are not separate from nature, we are nature.

    I believe the more we can embrace this concept, the more we can come back to ourselves, and the world around us.

    With over a decade of experience in developing learning experiences and curating educational programs in sports management, I now bring my deep connection to the natural world and ability to facilitate learning environments together.

    My own journey into the wild has taken me across the fjords of Norway, the Dolomites in Italy, the glaciers of Iceland, and the trails of New Zealand. From these deep experiences, I now create spaces for people to feel a part of nature again, move their bodies and connect more deeply with their sense of self.

    My work with Another Way is how I embody my purpose, and I hope to create spaces for you to find that same sense of clarity.

    TECH YOGI

    Technology has been the common thread in my career, but my journey has been anything but linear. I’ve worked across telecommunications and resources, solved high-stakes incidents, and even ran my own IT support business in Perth. Each experience taught me to adapt, stay calm under pressure, and keep people connected.

    These days, I juggle a few plates - building a yoga business and community, supporting Another Way’s systems and platforms, and working in the mining sector to keep operations running smoothly.

    For me, technology isn’t just about fixing problems - it’s about helping people flow, whether that’s in their work, their practice, or their everyday lives.

What This Is (And What It Isn’t)

This isn’t a highly structured retreat with back-to-back sessions.

It’s not about being taught what your purpose is.

And it’s not about “fixing” yourself.

This is a space to slow down, strip things back, and reconnect with what’s already there.

We’ll guide the environment but the depth comes from you and the people in the room.

How It Works

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Pack with everything you need to know - details of the retreat, packing list recommendations, and how you can best prepare.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays. You’ll also be connected to the other guests beforehand, so you can organise to carpool.

  • Pack your bags, put on your out of office and get on the road. Once you arrive, we’ll take car of all the details to ensure you have a great time away with us.

  • 2 weeks after the retreat, we’ll host an online group call so you can reconnect with the group and we can ensure that your integration is going smoothly.

  • We’ll be eating clean, healthy, whole-food meals to support your retreat experience. Vegan and vegetarian options will be available upon request (just let us know once you’ve registered).

  • The retreat is specifically designed for mid-career professionals who are ready to make changes in their lives and careers, so you can expect to meet other people just like that. That being said, don’t be surprised if you also meet people that run their own businesses, or do something outside the norm.

  • You only need a moderate fitness level to attend the retreat - we will be going on a hike together, however this will be max 2-3 hours and only with slight inclines.

  • Bedrooms will be shared and allocated based on gender. If you have any special requests prior to the retreat you can let us know - we can’t guarantee anything but we will do our best to work with you and make sure you are comfortable.

  • Unfortunately not - you will need to attend from the beginning to the end of the retreat. This is to ensure we create psychological safety for the whole group and to avoid any disruptions.

  • The retreat will contain a number of different activities, but the underlying intention of the experience is to create a supportive and slow space for your own reflection. This will include a group hike, morning walks and swims at the beach, breathwork, yoga, a sound bath, group activities. and discussions and time for personal reflection too.

  • Anyone that resonates with the intention of the retreat is welcome. The only exception to this is if someone is experiencing severe mental health, anxiety or addiction tendencies. Unfortunately this is not a space where will be able to provide the support needed. If you’re unsure, please reach out to us and ask.

  • The retreat is $1800 AUD, however you can save $200 if you pay upfront ($1600). This includes 2 nights accomodation, all meals, a personal gift pack, facilitated sessions with the Another Way team and the integration call 2 weeks after.
